Turn on online booking only after the Location, Services and Staff members are ready. Check the public Booking Page as a Customer before you share it.

Each Location has its own Booking Page at book.setora.co.uk/your-shop. The final part is the Location's Booking Page address, not a link to Setora Hub.

  1. During initial onboarding, set the Booking page address in the Booking Page step.
  2. After onboarding, select the Location and open Setup.
  3. Turn on Online Bookings.
  4. Choose Preview booking page, then check the live public link as a Customer would.
  5. Copy that Location's Booking Page link and share it where Customers already find you.

1. Set the address and turn on online booking

During initial onboarding, open the Booking Page step. Enter the Booking page address using lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only, then turn on Enable online booking and save. Open Preview opens the live public Booking Page URL.

After onboarding, the current Hub has no Booking Page address editor. Select the Location with the sidebar Location switcher and open Setup. Turn on Online Bookings, then choose Preview booking page. The switch updates without a separate Save action.

The mobile Locations list shows Online bookings or Bookings off. On desktop, open the Location's Setup overview to check Online Bookings. Your Location, Services, Staff members and availability still control what Customers can choose.

Expected result: The live public Booking Page opens without signing in.

Check before moving on: Do not share the link until the public journey works with the same settings Customers will see. If the saved address is wrong after onboarding, contact Support because there is no post-onboarding editor.

2. Check the Booking Page

Choose Preview booking page, then test the same live public URL in a private or signed-out browser. Confirm the Location name, then choose a Service, a Staff member or any available, a date and time. Check the visible price, duration, Location details and any payment step before you finish.

Expected result: The live page loads without Hub access, shows the correct Location and lets you reach a confirmation step with a real available time.

The Booking Page is the focused flow for choosing and confirming a Booking. It is separate from a Shop Website, which is the public website layer for your business.

If the page shows no times, work through the Location guide, the Service guide and the Staff member guide.

During onboarding, copy the displayed Booking URL. After onboarding, open Preview booking page or the Location's Booking page link, then copy the final live address from the browser. The preview control opens this same public URL. Do not copy a Hub settings address.

Share it where Customers are ready to book: your social profile, messages, email signature or Google Business Profile. Use the Shop Website link when Customers need to learn about the business first, and the Booking Page link when they are ready to choose a time.

If you run more than one Location, each has a different link. Open each link once more after copying it and check that it shows the matching Location before you publish it publicly.

What happens next

A Booking is confirmed only after the required details and any required payment or card setup are complete. Without a Deposit or Booking Protection, an online Booking is confirmed straight away and appears in the Calendar.

You can add optional Deposits or Booking Protection once the basic Booking Page works.

If the Booking Page is missing or will not open

  • Check Online Bookings is on for the intended Location, not just another Location.
  • Check that the intended Location is Active. Public Booking Pages require both Active and Online Bookings.
  • Open Preview booking page and copy the final live address from the browser. Do not copy a Hub settings address.
  • Open the link in a private browser window. If the saved address is wrong, contact Support because the current Hub has no post-onboarding address editor.

If Customers cannot find a time

  • Check the Location is Active and its Opening times are correct.
  • Check the Service is assigned to the Location and Available for online booking.
  • Check the Staff member is assigned, working and Bookable Online.
  • Check the Service duration fits before the Location closes.
  • For missing future dates, select the Location and check Setup > Booking policy > Advance booking window. The Location may inherit the organisation default. The cancellation notice does not control which dates are offered.
  • Check you are testing a date when the Location, Service and Staff member overlap.

For a full step-by-step check, follow Troubleshoot Booking Page availability. If the link still returns an error or the available times look wrong, open the chat in Setora Hub and tell us the public Booking Page link, Location, Service, Staff member, date and exact message you saw.
