Can I reschedule by dragging an appointment?
Yes. Drag any appointment to a new time or a different staff member, and drag its edge to resize the duration. The change is saved as soon as you drop it.
What calendar views are there?
Day, lanes, 3-day and week. Day and lanes both show every staff member at once, day in columns and lanes in rows. The 3-day and week views follow one staff member so you can see how their days ahead are filling up.
Does the calendar stop double-bookings?
Conflict detection flags overlaps and clashes as they happen, so you can catch a double-booking before it becomes a problem.
Can I see what is coming up next?
Yes. The who-is-next bar shows the next appointment across the shop, and right-click actions let you reschedule, add a note or mark a booking done without leaving the calendar.
