Email reminders are included. SMS reminders use separate credits, either pay-as-you-go or an optional SMS plan. Card processing is charged at Stripe's rate with no Setora markup when you use Setora payment tools.

Each location is billed separately. Two locations cost £118/month and three cost £177/month, before VAT where applicable. Adding staff at a location does not increase its platform price.

Yes. Paid subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no refund for the remaining part of that period. If you do not subscribe after the trial, the account pauses instead.
