Add your public Setora links to Google Business Profile so Customers can find your business and book without hunting for a link. Keep the two links separate: the Shop Website is for learning about your business, while the Booking Page is for choosing a Service, Staff member, date and time.

  1. Copy your published Shop Website address from Setora Hub.
  2. Copy the Booking Page link for the correct Location.
  3. Add the Shop Website to Google's Website field.
  4. Add the Booking Page to Google's Booking link option, if it is available.
  5. Check both links from the public profile.

Your Shop Website address is in Organisation > Shop Websites, shown as the Default website URL. Copy it after you have published the site. This is the link to use in the profile's Website field. Use the public Setora address, not a Hub settings page or preview link.

Your Booking Page link is per Location, in the form book.setora.co.uk/your-shop. Open the Location's Booking page link or Preview booking page, then copy the final live address from the browser. If you run more than one shop or salon, match each Google listing with that Location's Booking Page.

Open both links in a private browser window before you continue. The Shop Website should load without signing in. The Booking Page should show the right Location and real available times.

Sign in to the Google account that manages the verified profile. Open your Business Profile and edit the business information or contact details. Put the published Shop Website address in the Website field, then save.

The Website field is for your business's main public website. Do not put the Booking Page there if you have a separate Website field and want Customers to read about the business first. If Google only gives your profile one suitable public link, use the Shop Website and make sure Customers can clearly reach the Booking Page from it.

Google's current local-link controls can appear in different places:

  • In Google Search, open your Business Profile and select Booking.
  • In Google Maps, choose Edit profile, then choose the relevant transaction type, such as Booking.
  • Select Add link, enter the public Booking Page address and save. If there is already a link, choose Add another link.

Use the Booking option for the Booking Page, not the Website field or a field for food ordering, pickup or another transaction type. Google decides which options are available for the business category, region and profile, so you may not see a Booking option. Google may also show links from other providers automatically. Setora's direct Booking Page link is the one to add when Google gives you a manual Booking link option.

If Google lets you set a preferred link and you have more than one booking link, choose the Setora Booking Page for that Location. Save any review or verification request Google shows.

For Google's latest screens and availability rules, read Manage your local business links. Google says local business links cannot be added through the Business Profile API or spreadsheet upload, so use Search or Maps as described above.

Look at the public profile the way a Customer would. Open the Website link and Booking link separately:

  • The Website link should open the published Shop Website and explain the business.
  • The Booking link should open the Booking Page for the matching Location and let a Customer start choosing a Service, Staff member, date and time.

What happens next

Google may review a changed link or take time to show it publicly. Check the profile again after a day or two, and check it whenever you change your Shop Website, Location or Booking Page address.

Google can change which link options a profile has. A Booking link is not guaranteed to appear for every business, and adding a link does not guarantee more Customers or better local ranking.

  • Check the Shop Website is published and opens without signing in.
  • Check online booking is on and the Booking Page opens without signing in.
  • Check you used the correct Location's Booking Page if you have more than one.
  • Check you are editing the verified profile, not a duplicate listing.
  • Check you used the public Setora address, not a Hub settings page or preview link.
  • Check Google has finished reviewing the change.
  • If another booking link appears, remove or replace it in Google's Booking controls where Google allows that action.

For a Google field, review or profile eligibility problem, contact Google Business Profile support. If the Setora address is wrong, will not load or opens the wrong Location, open the Setora chat and include the link, Location, the time you tested it and what the public profile showed. Do not send Customer, payment or account credentials.
