Use the Shop Website settings in Setora Hub to add public content, preview the result and publish it when you are happy. The Shop Website is the public website layer for your business. It is separate from the focused Booking Page.
- Open Organisation > Shop Websites.
- Write your Intro copy and About copy, and add a hero image.
- Check the Website setup list for anything missing.
- Preview the site and follow every Booking Page link.
- Turn on Enable shop website and save.
- Open the public address and check it as a Customer would.
1. Open Shop Website settings
Go to Organisation > Shop Websites in Setora Hub.
Your public address is shown as the Default website URL. By default, a Shop Website uses your organisation slug as its address on setora.co.uk. Hub shows the complete Default website URL. Copy that exact URL instead of composing one yourself.
2. Write the public content
Add your Intro copy and About copy under Website content, plus an optional Hero image. Keep it short and useful: what you do, who does it and why someone should come to you.
Logo, brand colour and social links are shared across Setora, so they are set in Organisation > Branding & preferences rather than here.
Your Shop Website shows only Locations that are Active and have Online Bookings enabled. Check each visible Location has the right name, address and Opening times. Before you share a Location, make sure its Booking Page is working too.
Check before moving on: Read the page as someone who has never been to your shop or salon. They should know what you do, where you are and how to book.
3. Use the setup list
Website setup gives you a completion score and lists what is still missing, split into website content and shared settings.
This is a content readiness check, not a content gate. You can publish before it reaches 100%. Publishing can still be unavailable if Setora has restricted or not yet approved the account. Contact Support if Hub refuses to publish.
4. Preview and publish
Preview the site before you enable it. Check it on a phone as well as a laptop, and follow every Booking Page link.
When the content is ready, turn on Enable shop website and save. The site then answers publicly at your default address.
Publishing a Shop Website does not turn on online booking. Customers still need a working Booking Page to choose a Service, Staff member, date and time.
If you want to use your own web address, ask Setora through live chat. Custom domains are set up with Setora's help rather than through self-serve DNS settings. Do not share a custom address until Setora confirms that it is working. Use the complete Default website URL shown in Hub while your request is being handled.
5. Update or unpublish the Shop Website
Come back to Shop Website settings whenever public copy, branding, Locations or images change. Save, then check the preview again.
To unpublish the site, turn off Enable shop website and save. This does not affect online booking, so Customers can still use their Location's Booking Page link directly. Booking Pages use the book.setora.co.uk/<location-slug> host and are separate from the Shop Website.
What happens next
Use the website link when Customers need to know about your business, and the Booking Page link when they are ready to choose a time.
Add the Shop Website as your website link in your Google Business Profile.
If the site does not look right
- Check Enable shop website is on and the latest changes are saved.
- Check the exact default address shown in Hub, and open it in a private browser window.
- If you requested a custom domain, check the address Setora confirmed rather than an unconfirmed address.
- Check the Location details and Booking Page link are correct.
- Check your account has permission to update these settings.
- Check the preview rather than an old browser tab.
If publishing fails or the public page does not match the preview, open the chat and tell us the public address, the Location and the time you tested it.
