Services and prices
Map service names, durations and prices from the files your provider gives you.
Switching from Phorest
Phorest prices by quote. Setora publishes what it charges. Bring the client records Phorest provides, set up your services and stylists, then switch your public links when you are ready.

What can move
The exact result depends on the fields in your export. Review every file and mapping before relying on it.
Map service names, durations and prices from the files your provider gives you.
Set up the team, the services they provide and when they are available.
Recreate each location's opening times, breaks and booking availability.
Import names, contact details, consent and useful history when those fields are included.
Past and upcoming appointments can move when the export contains the required fields.
Bring across client notes and preferences when they are included in your export.
A careful move
Keep taking bookings on Phorest while Setora is set up. Change your public links only after you have checked the new flow.
Download what Phorest makes available, or request your portable data before you cancel.
Add your services, team and opening hours while the old booking link stays live.
Review the files you have, check the mapping and run a test booking from both sides.
Update Google, Instagram and your website only when the new Booking Page is ready.

Book a short call. We'll review what Phorest can export, agree what Setora can import and plan when to change your booking links.
Phorest vs Setora
Phorest publishes plan tiers for salons but not prices, so the only way to compare totals is to request a quote and read what is included.
How we compared: Phorest pricing page checked 6 August 2026. It lists Starter, Grow, Ultimate and Elite salon plans and asks you to request a quote for each, so no public total exists to compare. Ask for your quote in writing, including SMS rates, payment processing and contract length, then compare it with Setora's £59/month per-location price.

Data and timing
Request the records Phorest provides before cancelling. Import the supported fields, review them and keep the old account live until your Setora setup has been tested.
Export before cancelling. Ask for the records you need while your current account is still active.
Check before changing links. Review imported records and test the booking flow first.
Keep a secure copy. Store the original export safely while you check the move.
Keep an exit route. People with permission can export customer records and available reports from Setora.
Before you decide
Phorest pricing page checked 6 August 2026. Phorest does not publish salon plan prices, so we describe its plan tiers rather than estimate a monthly cost. If anything here has changed, email hello@setora.co.uk and we will correct it.
Before you switch
What to check before moving away from Phorest.
Under GDPR your client records are yours whichever platform holds them. Ask Phorest what export files it can provide and in what format before you give notice, then Setora helps you import the supported records and check them before you update your booking links.
£59/month per location is how Setora makes money. We do not take a cut of your bookings, card payments or walk-ins. SMS credits and card processing are separate if you use them.
That depends entirely on your quote, because Phorest does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists Starter, Grow, Ultimate and Elite salon plans and asks you to request a quote for each. Get yours in writing, including SMS rates, payment processing and contract length, then compare it with £59/month per location for unlimited stylists.
Phorest has been building for salons far longer than we have, and it covers loyalty through Treatcard, stock management, an online store, video consultations and its own branded client app. Setora does not mirror those today. If your salon runs on that wider suite, check the gaps carefully before you commit.
Phorest does not publish contract terms on its pricing page, and some salons report committing to a minimum term at signup. Check your own agreement for notice period and renewal date before you plan a switch, so you are not paying two platforms at once.
Set up services and stylists, import the supported files you receive, test the Booking Page, then switch your public link when you are happy with it.
